Our Mission:

Citizen Partnerships for Offshore Wind is a collaboration of citizens, local organizations, and communities who believe that offshore wind is a homegrown resource with immense potential to play a significant role in moving the US towards a clean, safe, energy economy.  Public education and citizen engagement are essential to moving our states and the country to safe, renewable and sustainable energy.   CPOW makes it a priority to ensure that projects are properly sited and the benefits to the local community as well as the environment outweigh any potential adverse effects.
